Audacious Designs LLC Returns Policy


We curated the best product on the market with you in mind. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we sell, working alongside some of the best manufacturers we take pride in consistently bringing you top quality product. We are confident that you will love everything purchased from Audacious and we take your satisfaction as a top priority of serving you to the fullest. We do understand that on occasion orders may need to be returned and we do our absolute best to ensure your properly accommodated and your experience is one of excellence. We have outlined our return policy below.


Is my order eligible for a return?


Most items shipped from our Audacious warehouse that are unused and in the original packaging are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery. On the item detail page under you can find out the return eligibility of each item. Returns over $150 are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be unused and include the original packaging. Shipping expenses are paid for by the customer and a return label will be issued by Audacious.


  • Custom made to order items are not eligible for returns or preference exchanges.
  • Vintage and one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for returns or preference exchanges.
  • Items that have been used or items without original packaging are not eligible for returns or preference exchanges.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or preference exchanges.
  • All Sale items are final, sold as is and will not be eligible for return or claims. 
  • Special order items for design clients will not be eligible for return of preference changes.
  •  Dropship items are not eligible for preference changes.
  • Interior Design Service fees are not eligible for a return.


What if my Item is Damaged or Defective?


If we have made an error or your product somehow gets damaged during transport, we will take care of it. Please file a case as soon as possible and please be prepared to show photos of the condition in which the product arrived to you. You will be issued a replacement item at no additional expense to you.


What about Drop Shipped Items?


We do sell product that ships directly from our vendor warehouses. You can find out if the item falls under this category on the items detail page.


  • Furniture orders are not eligible for preference returns, damage claims will be resolved under our damage or defective outline. Please be prepared to provide photo documentation of the products condition upon arrival. Do not sign for any freight shipment that is visibly damaged upon arrival without noting the delivery slip “delivered with visible damage – further inspection needed”
  • Dropship items are not eligible for preference changes.


How do I return my order?


You must login to you “My Account” profile at https://www.audaciousdesigns.design Under cases section select submit a new case. Issue the return request classified as a problem status. Once your case has been submitted we will contact you within 3 – 5 business days to verify eligibility and process the return. Most refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks depending on the refund situation.


How is my refund received?


There are two ways you can receive your refund.

  • Refund the payment profile used at the time of purchase less 20% restocking fee (if applicable) and shipping expense.
  • Receive store credit less 20% restocking fee (if applicable) and shipping expense.
