Please note that on occasion orders may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or higher volume during peak seasons.
- We are continually expanding our product portfolio! We monitor our stock information daily, however there are rare occasions when we run out of stock of a certain item. If this occurs on an item you’ve ordered, you will be notified immediately and provided with a re-stock date. If you cannot wait until the re-stock date you can request to cancel the order and you will be refunded promptly.
All furniture orders will be processed 3-5 days after the order has been placed. Once the items are ready to ship you will be contacted by our carrier to schedule a delivery time. We currently offer white glove service for all furniture purchases for an additional fee, which includes bringing the item into your home, carrying up a maximum of one flight of stairs and disposing of all associated packaging materials. Please note that this service does not include moving of existing furniture, if you have any questions regarding this process please contact us through your my account portal.
Standard freight would include delivery to the location but no install or package removal.
Please be aware that freight delivery estimates 3-5 weeks after the order has left the warehouse. If the items are backordered or made to order this timeline can vary. If you have any questions regarding the lead time for furniture or if there are any special notes that should be made regarding delivery challenges, please contact us ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate you but, please be aware that additional fees may be required for special delivery situations that are out of the scope listed above.
Our lighting can take 1-3 business days to process before shipping from our vendor's warehouse. Once your lighting leaves their warehouse, it will arrive in 5-7 business days. most lighting ships ground services but some will ship freight.
Rug orders can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping from the vendor warehouse. Please expect up to 2 weeks in transit.
Please note that we currently ship to the lower 48 within the U.S.A. only.
Many of our products ship from our vendor warehouses across the nation and sometimes can require additional processing time during peak seasons. If you have any questions regarding the status of an item, please contact us.
We sell many artisan products that are made to order. Please allow additional processing time for these items.
We ship most U.S. orders via UPS or FedEx depending on the order specifications. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible. This is particularly true if your items are shipping out of multiple warehouse locations.
You will always be provided tracking information needed to track the delivery timeline, we do encourage you to create an account for the best experience in managing all your orders.
Please be aware that proper shipping is critical for us to ensure your items arrive safely to you. We do our due diligence to ensure the most competitive rates are being extended to you.
